RING MY BELL MARTINI (singature drink)

INGREDIENTS:
2 Oz Tanqueray Ten Gin
Pulp of 1/4 of an Orange
About 1/4 of a small red bell pepper (diced)
Half a peach (diced)
1 teaspoon of granulated sugar

METHOD:
Muddle ingredients (except Gin) into a mixing glass
Add the Gin and stir a little before adding the ice
Add ice and shake vigorously
Fine strain into a pre-chilled cocktail glass
Garnish with 3 orange peels folded to look like a little “fan”
