THE RAMANISCO COCKTAIL🍸

Here I am with my mouth watering twist on a #PiscoSour for your party with friends, family and loved ones:

🍸 RECIPE🍸
5 cl Peruvian Pisco
2,5 cl lemon & lime mix
2 cl sugar syrup
3 cl Ramazzotti Italian Bitter
2 cl Pasteurized egg white
4 Fresh raspberries and 3 slices ginger root muddled in mixing glass first

Dry shake and then shake again with quality ice

I used a little combination of citrus juice and pasteurized egg white in order to achieve a beautiful silky froth and deliver a very delicate and fresh sensation on the lips as your drink it.

Having developed cocktails around the globe, I’m really excited and grateful to have my recipes listed in some of the best Bars around the World and on relevant Cocktail Books.

This drink was featured at the luxurious Cocktail Bar @nimbcopenhagen when the one and only Angus Winchester @embassybk was in charge of this amazing Venue.

Blanco Tequila
Lime juice
Home made lavender syrup (2 to 1)
Egg white
Dried Lavender and Lavender Bitters for garnish

Their guests absolutely loved it!

THE HIGH CLUB PANETTONE COCKTAIL

A delicious Haig Club Whisky Cocktail that I created for you to enjoy your holidays with friends, family and loved ones!

INGREDIENTS:

Raisins infused HIGH CLUB Single Grain Scotch Whisky
Fresh lemon juice
Bitter orange marmalade
Galliano foam
Candied oranges
Vanilla sugar for the rim

ITALIAN VERSION

INGREDIENTI:
HIGH CLUB Single Grain Scotch Whisky infuso con uva sultanina
Succo di limone fresco
Marmellata di arance amare
Spuma di Galliano
Arance candite
Zucchero vanigliato per la bordatura

BUONE FESTE!!

“Where is the Turkey?” ThanksGiving Day Cocktail

Happy ThanksGiving day to everyone with my signature recipe:
30 ml. Don Julio Blanco
10 ml. Ramazzotti
15 ml. Lime Juice
15 ml.Cinnamon Syrup
20 ml. Yellow Chartreuse cooked with 2 Sprigs of Rosemary
Watch the Video Below to learn how to make one:

In a cooking vessel add the Chartreuse and a spring of rosemary. Using a blow torch cook the ingredients until you get an infusion.
Strain into a Russian Imperial Mug with Crushed ice. Add all the other ingredients helping yourself with a swizzle stick. Add more crushed ice.
Garnish: with a Flamed Rosemary Sprig and Caramelized Kumquats. “Na Zdorovie”
Inspiration: I made this drink during his visit as Guest Bartending at City Space Bar in Moscow on Thanksgiving Day.
I was inspired by the way people cook their turkeys to celebrate.
When I gave it to try to my first guest in Moscow, after explaining this story he said, so….”Where is the Turkey?

  • Pumpkin siphon-infused Ketel One

In case you don’t have a syphon, you could dice the pumpkin, boil it, refrigerate it and add it to the drink by muddling it.

Happy Cinco de Mayo everyone!
Enjoy this light and refreshing signature recipe with your friends, family and loved ones
30 ml. Don Julio Blanco
10 ml. Ramazzotti
15 ml. Lime Juice

20 ml. Rosemary fast-infused Yellow Chartreuse
Swizzle with crushed ice
Garnish with caramelized Kumquats, sprig of Rosemary and Rosemary-smoked Pop Corn

Repeal Day – The End of American Prohibition – 5th December

The Prohibition period, with its ban on production, trade and consume of alcoholic beverages imposed in the United States of America by the government between 1920 and 1933 (believing that the abuse constituted a serious danger to society), ends 5th DECEMBER 1933 with the approval of the 21st Amendment of the Constitution that repealed the 18th (called “Volstead Act”)
